OUR FOUNDER

Mariam January

Mariam’s area of expertise is situated in the interface between social issues and natural resources management in the mining fisheries and power sectors. She has worked on numerous projects including research projects, participatory planning processes in the South African context such as Environmental and Social impact Assessments (ESIAs). Mariam has developed skills in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, strategy development, policy analysis and research.
